A Queen Size Bed is in the birth room. There is the option of a water birth in an inflatable birth pool which has a cushioned bottom. The full bathroom is right outside the door. It has a cozy living area and a large kitchen. I encourage you to eat and drink during labor and you will also need to eat after labor. There is a TV with a DVD player if you need distraction

Your birth will be one of the most exciting things you've ever experienced. I am a firm believer that your mindset is a huge part of that experience. It is very important that you educate yourself on the process of birth as well as take care of yourself, this includes physical, mental & spiritual. You will find positive signs throughout the House of Peace.
